Shipping Policy

Macau: Free shipping on orders over MOP$900.
  • We use SF Express. Shipping costs for orders under MOP$900 vary depending on package weight and size, starting from MOP$58 (after adding items to your cart and entering your delivery address, the system will calculate the shipping cost based on the weight of the goods before payment).
  • If the delivery address does not have an elevator or lift, or if the elevator is not functioning properly, SF Express will charge an additional stair fee. Please refer to the SF Express terms and conditions for details.
  • If you need to change the address after the goods have been shipped, please contact SF Express directly to make alternative arrangements. Delivery time may be delayed. Additional fees incurred due to address changes, multiple unsuccessful deliveries, or failure to pick up the package within the specified time will be borne by the recipient. If the delivery address does not have an elevator or lift, or if the elevator is not functioning properly, SF Express will charge an additional stair fee. Hong Kong: Free shipping on orders over MOP$900.
  • We use SF Express, which can deliver to any area in Hong Kong, or to SF Express stations, SF Express self-service lockers, and SF Express partner points for self-pickup. For orders under HK$900, the shipping fee is MOP$40. Goods will be delivered to the recipient address within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. If you choose self-pickup, you will receive a notification via the SFHK APP upon arrival of the shipment.
  • If you choose SF Express door-to-door delivery to a remote area, an additional fee will apply.
  • If you need to change the address after the goods have been shipped, please contact SF Express directly to make arrangements. Delivery time may be delayed. Other Overseas Areas:
  • All goods shipped overseas will only be delivered to the service areas provided by Hong Kong Post.
  • Goods will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Packages may be subject to customs duties by the local country. Please consult your customs/tax authority before purchasing and pay any taxes in accordance with the law. We are not responsible for any inspections or losses if the goods are controlled items.
  • If the package contains too much goods, additional charges will be incurred based on the actual area, and we reserve all rights to determine this.
  • Customers must provide valid mailing information, including recipient, mailing address, contact phone number, and email address. Customers assume all risks if the information is incorrect.

Other Terms and Conditions:

  • After order confirmation, you will receive an email pickup notification within one to two business days.
  • Simply present the email pickup notification upon pickup.
  • If items are in short supply, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange delayed delivery and replacement.
  • All costs incurred due to incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses, or no one picking up the goods at the address provided by the customer, resulting in returned goods or the need for re-delivery, will be borne by the customer.
