Refund Policy

We offer a "7-Day Return and Exchange Guarantee" for your peace of mind while shopping. Within seven days of receiving your order, if you find any problems with the product or need to return or exchange it, you can inquire/schedule a return/exchange via email, and we will arrange the relevant procedures.
Returnable Products
- When returning goods, all related gifts must be returned together, and the product must be in its original packaging.
- The 7-day return and exchange guarantee applies to online purchases and any goods purchased in-store.
- All goods sold online or in-store must be exchanged in person at a branch.
Non-Returnable Products
- To protect the rights of every customer, the following conditions or products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- The product has exceeded the specified delivery period of 7 days.
- The product has been opened or used (e.g., packaging tape, box torn off, or bottle cap twisted open).
- The product has not been kept in its original packaging, has been damaged, destroyed, or is incomplete.
- The product has been used more than one-tenth of its original capacity.
- The customer has a sensitive reaction to the purchased product.
- Any discounted, clearance, or sale items that are marked as non-refundable.
- Failure to provide a valid invoice issued by our company.
- Any free gifts, accessories, and trial samples.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Transaction Completed
If no return or exchange request is made by the customer within 7 business days, the transaction is considered complete, and our company assumes no legal responsibility. No further exchanges or refunds will be arranged afterward.
